From 12 April to 1 June 2025, Chelsea goes coastal as Anya Hindmarch opens her latest concept store, Anya’s Dive Shop, marking the start of a season of aquatic escapism at The Village, drawing inspiration from traditional seaside dive shops—think Folkestone meets Florida, via Sloane Street.
Inside, you’ll find a sea of characterful accessories and beach-day curiosities. There are bejewelled jellyfish evening bags, raffia octopus cross-bodies, striped fish coin purses, and blowfish charms—each as witty as it is well-crafted.
For days spent ashore, don’t miss the “ultimate” edit of raffia and jute beach bags, complete with Anya’s signature organisational pockets. Perfect for your next escape, whether to Cornwall or Capri.
But Anya’s Dive Shop is more than just sartorially inclined. Inside, you’ll find an array of brilliant aquatic-themed branded accessories: Dive Shop goggles, witty bumper stickers and T-shirts, rubber rings, snorkels and more.
Anya has collaborated with several noteworthy and nautically relevant brands for this edition of the Village’s concept store. There’s serious diving kit from 29/71, a free-diving brand known for combining technical design with visual elegance. Its mission: to help freedivers reach new depths, both physically and stylistically.
Look out, too, for beach-ready favourites from Miami-based suncare brand Vacation, makers of “The World’s Best-Smelling Sunscreen”. Anya worked with them to create a bumper sticker and can cooler, and you’ll also find their signature retro sunscreen in store.
For children, the kit from Danish brand Petites Pommes is worth exploring. Their elevated take on classic inflatable rings and arm bands is instantly recognisable—and Anya’s Dive Shop includes exclusive co-branded inflatables and accessories designed just for this pop-up.
As ever, the concept is grounded in Hindmarch’s clever, joyful approach to design. And whether you’re a rock pool paddler or a PADI-certified pro, there’s something here to inspire your next seaside moment.
Plus, every purchase will be taken home in a reusable beach bag made from recycled ocean plastic, so you can jet off knowing that you are doing good while looking good.
Anya’s Dive Shop, 11 Pont Street, SW1X 9EH
