Sloane Street’s wide pavements and large and airy boutiques are already conducive to social distancing, and many of our boutiques are continuing to offer a range of flexible shopping services to meet the needs of all customers. These include:

Private appointments

Many of Sloane Street’s luxury boutiques offer private one-to-one and out-of-hours appointments for a more personal experience.

Virtual appointments

Plenty of our boutiques continue to offer a virtual shopping service through apps such as Zoom, WhatsApp and FaceTime. Browse the latest collections from the comfort of your own home and then collect from the boutique.

Kerbside collections

Place an order via phone or email and then simply arrange to collect it from outside the boutique, where cars are permitted to stop and wait for 20 minutes on Sloane Street’s single yellow lines.

Home deliveries

If you are unable to visit Sloane Street in person, many boutiques will deliver items straight to your door, for an entirely contact-free shopping experience. Some can even send out a curated selection of products for you to try before you buy.
