For a culinary experience like no other, book The Omakase Experience at the Sushi Bar – an 18-course menu personalised to complement the atmosphere of each group of guests. With no set menu, the sushi chef instead creates unique personal dishes that complement the atmosphere of guests’ table, highlighting the very best of Japan’s unique cuisine. The Omakase experience is available every evening at 8.30pm, with a maximum of six guests per sitting. Guests are advised to arrive 10 minutes before the experience begins.
