The Big Egg Hunt 2025: '?' Egg by Real Hackney Dave, represented by Clarendon Fine Art

This Easter, Sloane Street becomes part of The Big Egg Hunt 2025, a London-wide celebration of art, design, and conservation, featuring over 100 uniquely crafted eggs. Along the Street, 20 striking sculptures—designed by luxury brands, cultural institutions, and contemporary artists—will transform the area into an open-air gallery, inviting visitors to explore a dynamic public art experience.

Running from 24th March to 27th April, the trail invites visitors to spot and explore each egg, with creations by names and brands including Anya Hindmarch, Hackett London, Anabela Chan, Cassandra Goad, the Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel, and artists Sophie Tea, and Natalia Bagniewska—a lineup that guarantees a playful mix of artistic expression and craftsmanship.

Members of the public can ‘collect’ eggs using a free app, ticking off each discovery as you go, ensuring a great sense of satisfaction as you ‘collect’ them all. Outside the Diptyque flagship, you’ll find the egg the French scenting house has created; the egg designed by artist Real Hackney Dave for Clarendon Fine Art will be situated outside the Prada boutique; and outside Gucci, you’ll discover the egg by Orlanda Broom.

But this isn’t just about beautiful eggs—there’s a bigger mission at play. The Big Egg Hunt helps to raise funds and awareness for Elephant Family, the charity founded by HRH The Queen’s late brother, Mark Shand, that is dedicated to protecting Asian wildlife, The Big Egg Hunt raises funds for critical conservation projects.

Since 2003, Elephant Family has enchanted the world with its public art displays, using creativity to spark conservation action. At the end of the hunt, these one-of-a-kind eggs will be auctioned to raise vital funds for the Elephant Family’s conservation efforts, with proceeds supporting efforts to protect endangered species and their habitats, ensuring the trail leaves a lasting impact far beyond its Easter run.

Whether it’s a family-friendly Easter adventure or an excuse for a leisurely Chelsea stroll, taking in the newly rejuvenated Sloane Street, fresh from it’s £46-million transformation, this is Chelsea at its best—just with more eggs.
