Pavilion Road has welcomed a delightful new addition this winter: Three Darlings, a family-inspired bistro by acclaimed restaurateur Jason Atherton and his wife, Irha. Best known for redefining British fine dining, Atherton’s latest venture offers a more intimate neighbourhood experience, seamlessly blending heartfelt design, exceptional cuisine, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant, named after the Athertons’ three daughters, exudes charm from the moment you step inside. The interior was designed by Rosendale Designs and features a light, airy palette accented by velvet banquettes, earthy timber finishes, and subtle touches of Rosso Levante marble. Guests can enjoy the warmth of an open kitchen, adding a dynamic, multisensory element to their dining experience.

Executive chef Jake Oswin, formerly of Dinner by Heston, delivers a menu that celebrates modern British cooking with playful European influences. The Supper Club menu launched in March 2025 includes standout dishes such as Cornish baby monkfish tail meunière and a Wagyu sausage roll served with mashed potato and gravy for two.

At breakfast, there’s an array of pastries as well as heartier options, including the Three Darlings Bun, with sausage, bacon, egg, cheese and hot sauce mayonnaise, and the dedicated daily brunch menu features oysters served with fermented chilli sauce and horseradish mignonette, and French toast with caramelised banana and maple syrup.

Complementing the menu is an inventive drinks selection crafted by Jerson Alexander, formerly of The Dorchester. The Three Darlings Martini—a blend of Grey Goose vodka and Rare Tea’s Yuzu Genmaicha—is already a favourite, while the wine cellar offers sommelier-selected bottles at approachable prices.

Sustainability is woven into the fabric of Three Darlings, from its focus on seasonal British ingredients to its use of recycled materials in the design. Even food waste finds new life, transformed into a house-made hot sauce, available to purchase soon.

Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lingering over dinner, or exploring “Darlings After Dark” with cocktails, Three Darlings promises a dining experience that is as heartfelt as it is refined—a true gem on Pavilion Road.
