This Christmas, four influential style makers and friends of Sloane Street will bring their unique flair to the festive season, from cosy gatherings in London to snowy getaways in Switzerland.
Rosa Crespo will split her time between the city’s holiday lights and the alpine charm of Swiss mountains, hosting intimate family dinners and creating a warm, candle-lit atmosphere at home. Josie Irons will embrace her Cotswolds home with roaring log fires and a festive Christmas Eve tractor run, blending countryside traditions with trips to Chelsea for shopping and pampering. For Felicia Tan, the holidays will mean quality time at home in London with her mum and rescue dog, Charlotte, paired with indulgent festive teas and delicious treats. Meanwhile, @LondonGastroBoy will lean into seasonal luxury, with truffle-filled menus, indulgent gift shopping, and elegant holiday gatherings. Join us as we explore how these style makers will welcome Christmas their way.
“For me, Christmas is all about cherishing time with family and friends and soaking up the magical moments that make the season so special. I split my holidays between London and Switzerland, where the snowy mountains create the perfect festive backdrop. In London, I adore the holiday lights along Sloane Street and Chelsea’s festive charm, but I also love creating a cosy, welcoming atmosphere at home. Twinkling lights, a beautifully decorated tree with cherished ornaments, and the warm glow of candles make my space feel magical.
“One of my favourite traditions is hosting a festive dinner for my family. Cooking special meals that bring everyone together is a joy I look forward to each year. This Christmas, my wish list is simple: quality time with loved ones and the chance to surprise them with thoughtful gifts that light up their faces.
“In Chelsea, I love browsing the festive window displays, shopping along Sloane Street, and catching up with friends over a warm drink in cosy cafés. To unwind, I make time to disconnect from work and savour the season. Whether it’s watching Christmas movies, skating, playing backgammon, sipping red wine, or enjoying winter walks, I embrace every moment. Reflecting on the past year and slowing down reminds me to savour the magic of the holidays.”

“Since moving from London to the Cotswolds in 2020, a Christmas tradition that has become great fun, is heading out on Christmas Eve to see the local farmers on their festive Tractor run! Father Christmas arrives in the villages via a fleet of tractors covered in festive lights – it’s a real spectacle!
“Our home, and especially our drawing room is the most cosy and festive spot where all the family love to relax during the Christmas period, so this is my favourite place to spend time over the holidays. On my wishlist would be experiences to spend more time with loved ones; I’d secretly LOVE a hot air balloon ride over the Cotswolds!
“To create a cosy atmosphere at home, we love to light the log fires in our home – they bring a scrumptious smokey fragrance to the home which instantly makes guests feel relaxed and welcomed.
“I love a festive trip to London, and a full day in Chelsea is the perfect place to do my Christmas shopping; from Beauty stocking fillers from Space NK, to finding the perfect outfit to wear on Christmas day from the many fashion boutiques.
“I’d love to treat myself to a facial at one of the lovely clinics, such as Sarah Chapman on Pavilion Road, as a way to relax after the busy festive period!”
“This Christmas will be an intimate celebration at home in London with my rescue dog, Charlotte. This will be our second Christmas together, made extra special this year with my mum flying in from Malaysia to celebrate with us. I’m looking forward to bringing them to visit all the festive locations in London, including Chelsea, Mayfair, & Covent Garden.
“The much sought-after Fujifilm X100VI was on my Christmas wish list – my pre-order arrived sooner than expected, so I’ve gifted myself an early present this year! Although I do also have my eyes set on a Vivienne Westwood tartan coat and matching tweed bag.
“I do love my food; I’ve previewed a few Christmas menus and afternoon teas already, and I’m excited for more to come in the run-up to Christmas. I’ve got my food shopping list ready to stock up on my favourite treats over the festive period (Selfridges mini mince pies and Fortnum’s Christmas biscuits amongst them!)”
“Each Christmas, I look forward to the festive season with truffle-laden menus, the magic of Christmas carols at Quo Vadis, and indulgent seasonal treats. While I love exploring Chelsea, I relish spending the holidays at home in London—staying in, slowing down, and savouring the moments.
“This year, my wish list includes a Birley Chocolate advent calendar and a Candied Chestnut Panettone from Prada’s Marchesi 1824 Café.
To set the scene, I’ll light a Diptyque Sapin candle, adorn the table with linens from Summerhill and Bishop, festive crockery from The Conran Shop, and crackers from Anya Hindmarch. The whimsical charm of Anya’s Grotto inspires my gift shopping, capped with a festive tea at Anya Café. Of course, no holiday is complete without unwinding over glasses of chilled Charles Heidsieck and Bollinger Rosé.”
