I’m Reading…
I’m currently reading The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins (£22.99 at Amazon.co.uk). This book introduces a mindset tool that encourages you to let other people make their choices and live their lives, focusing instead on what we can control—our reactions, boundaries, and choices.

The last thing I bought and cherished…
I recently bought a stunning piece of art from an incredible up-and-coming artist named Papou. It’s a powerful, empowering piece that will serve as a daily reminder to embrace my inner strength as a woman.
My fridge is never without…
I always keep chocolate bars in the fridge for a sweet treat throughout the day. I also make sure to have lemon and celery on hand—perfect for starting my day with a refreshing juice.
My non-negotiable indulgence is…
My non-negotiable indulgence is massages. I make sure to get a massage at least once a month to relax and recharge. It’s the perfect way to de-stress and take care of myself.
I’m watching…
The new White Lotus – I am obsessed! It’s funny, yet suspenseful. I am a big fan of this series.
When no one is around, I like to…
When I’m alone, I love singing at the top of my lungs and having a dance party with my daughter, Bianca. We blast ABBA, dance, and sing—it’s my way of letting loose and having a good time. Music is everything to me!
The beauty staples I can’t live without…
Every morning, I start by washing my face with Ole Henriksen Truth Juice Daily Cleanser, followed by Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant to tone and prep my skin.
I love a dewy base, so I use Augustinus Bader’s The Serum, which is rich and gives my skin a beautiful glow. I also rotate between Clé De Peau Beauté Enhancing Eye Contour Cream Supreme and Ole Henriksen’s Banana Bright + Eye Crème.
To finish, I apply Supergoop!’s Glowscreen with SPF 30 for extra protection and a radiant glow. I’m also truly obsessed with Lanolip 101 Ointment, which I use on my lips, eyelids, and cheeks for an added glow.
My mental health would suffer without…
Whether it’s a 10-minute meditation or a short walk, these little moments help keep me sane. I also love playing my guitar, which I keep in my office—it really helps me calm down.
I’m thinking about...
This quote by Melody Godfred. It resonated with me a lot, most recently. “All the parts I had locked away and neglected are blooming. I reveal myself to myself and revel in myself. Turns out I am not a tight bud desperately trying to keep it all together. I am an open blossom who is ready to let it all go and take it all in.”
My go-to wellbeing expert is…
My top tip for wellbeing is the Hoffman Process. It was truly life-changing for me, and I learned so much about myself. I believe it’s something that could help everyone in some way.
My favourite local restaurant is…
Harry’s Dolce Vita is one of my favourites! The old-school vintage Italian decor and ambience create such a great vibe. I’m a fan of the Harry’s Martini, and for dessert, the Harry’s Toadstool is always my go-to. Shaped like a mushroom, it’s as delightful to look at as it is to eat!
I’m dreaming about…
I’m dreaming of a beach vacation with my kids, or perhaps a trip to Tokyo with my son.
The beauty staple I always have in stock…
I love the Anine Bing perfumes—Pure Noir for the evening and Rose Wood for daytime. Pure Noir has a sexy, empowering fragrance, while Rose Wood offers a beautiful blend of rosy and woody notes.
The place in Chelsea, London, that means a lot to me…
Saatchi Gallery – I am always inspired by their contemporary art collections and fashion photography exhibitions. I love coming across new artists and exploring art through different lenses.
