For years I have loved taking my two daughters to experience the magic of Chelsea at Christmas, as it always gets us into the festive spirit. There are endless things to do, from visiting Santa’s Grotto to having afternoon tea, seeing the wonderful sparkling lights, and even enjoying the open-air Fine Food Market at Duke of York Square.
My girls were counting down the days to visit Father Christmas at the Grotto on Sloane Square – they loved hearing his festive story and talking about his reindeer. Winter, my youngest daughter, hasn’t stopped talking about the experience.
One of my favourite things about Christmas is preparing my home, and Chelsea has always been my go-to place to find festive decorations. Anthropologie on the King’s Road has some stunning decorations, including handcrafted ornaments. I absolutely love the new Diptyque store, which always has the most incredible holiday collection of luxurious winter scents… and this year it has the most incredible range of homeware, from plates and glasses to baubles and trinkets. It is also offering an amazing personalisation service in the Chelsea store to help you get the perfect gift for your loved one. You cannot go wrong in Diptyque, it’s all so perfect.
My absolute best boutiques for gifting on Sloane Street have to be Chanel, Dior and Tiffany & Co. Chanel has always been one of my favourite brands and I’ve always found my dream forever pieces in store. The gifts I have received from Chanel are so special, as I know they will be passed down to my girls.
Dior is another favourite as it is always so chic and has such a luxurious collection. I especially love the accessories and its beauty products this year, which make such incredible gifts. Tiffany & Co. is another special brand for me as I love its timeless creations of superlative craftsmanship. I’ve worn my favourite necklace and bracelet on repeat for years and everyone always asks me about them. Tiffany & Co. also wraps all the handcrafted gifts so beautifully, in its iconic blue box that will be treasured forever!
