Chanel lit London’s Somerset House in dramatic crimson tones on Thursday night to launch the first make-up collection from the brand’s global creative make-up and colour designer, Lucia Pica.
Called “Le Rouge Collection 1”, the collection was inspired by Pica’s obsession with the colour red and includes a full complement of lipsticks, eyeliners, blushes, eye shadows and nail varnishes – all of which will be available next month.
At the launch, guests including face of the campaign Kristen Stewart and model Sam Rollinson took in captivating images Pica spent four days shooting in order to underline her creative vision.
Here are a few images of the event and the collection to tide you over until the official launch.
