In keeping with government safety guidance issued to close-contact services during the Coronavirus pandemic, the neighbourhood’s hair salons are taking your safety seriously with a number of measures in place to ensure the wellbeing of all.
While enforcing social distancing with fewer appointments available and less staff in the salons, most salons are extending appointment times to allow for thorough cleaning between clients. Stylists are required to wear a Perspex visor and, if you don’t have one of your own, a mask will be provided for you. Some salons have installed dividers as an extra measure and are taking temperatures on arrival.
