Angela Missoni embraced this season’s late Sixties vibe for her pre-fall 2015 collection. The brand’s signature zigzags and waves were still plentiful but there was a great deal of animal-esque spots that gave a strong mod edge to the line-up.

She played with lots of more-is-more texture, in 3D knits that ran the gamut from dense mohair to pretty and delicate lace-like crochet, while a wave-printed coat and matching A-line miniskirt (a key shape for the season) had psychedelic appeal and we loved the orange ruffle-front blouse that the ensemble was worn with it.
A blue, black and white leopard shirt came with vaguely matching bellbottoms (main picture, above) and a blue mohair sweater vest – a look that was as playful as it was chic – and the painterly spotted coat that was worn with lace tights and leopard booties will look great over LBDs or jeans alike.
The collection is in store on Sloane Street now.
