From Friday, London’s style set will have its game face on as London Fashion Week kicks off, with designers and brands showing their visions for spring/summer 2015.
Just as we’re starting to think about winter coats and warmer wear, the fashion pack are already thinking about the little dresses, swimwear and other summery essentials that we’ll be wearing in six months.
The likes of Tom Ford, Emilia Wickstead, Peter Pilotto, Roksanda Ilincic, Christopher Kane, Richard Nicoll, Jonathan Saunders, Anya Hindmarch and Mary Katrantzou are all on the schedule to show at venues across London to the world’s fashion media and buyers, who will all be rocking this season’s latest looks.

So, as fashion’s circus comes to town, it’s time to up your style game with some of the season’s key trends. Whether it’s the Sixties trend with it’s mini skirts and shift shapes, a fur coat in hyper real colours, a mannish three-quarter-length black coat with military stylings, or a tailored suit in androgynous boyfriend proportions, now is the time to step up to the fashion plate.
Both Tom Ford (201-202 Sloane Street) and Emilia Wickstead (162a Sloane Street), have shops on Sloane Street, while Joseph (16 Sloane Street), Browns (160 Sloane Street) and Harvey Nichols (109-125 Knightsbridge) are the places to go in search of pieces by London’s biggest designer names.
