Harry's Dolce Vita "Under The Sea" sundae

From Monday, May 13, Harry’s Dolce Vita will celebrate this year’s Chelsea in Bloom with an ode to Botticelli’s Birth of Venus. A themed floral installation will cover its Basil Street façade, while a limited-edition gelato sundae and several cocktails are inspired by the masterpiece’s famous symbols.

Expect a beautiful wildflower meadow installation at the Ivy Chelsea Garden and some limited-edition floral cocktails to enjoy as you take in the scene at one of our favourite al fresco spots.

Limited edition REDValentino T-shirt and bag

REDValentino is celebrating Chelsea in Bloom by tapping the talents of artist Poppy Chancellor – a.k.a Poppy’s Papercuts – to create a limited edition T-shirt and bag. Making use of the ancient art of paper-cutting, Poppy has interpreted this year’s theme and designed a bold and playful underwater scene. Fifty each of the limited edition bags (£315) and T-shirts (£120) will be available to buy from May 20 at the REDValentino flagship Sloane Street store, presented alongside a spectacular floral installation created by designer Larry Walshe.

The team at Gallery Mess is embracing the aquatic theme with a dedicated menu focusing on seafood, such as the Cornish crab, avocado purée, squid ink “coral” tuile, and charred pink grapefruit segments, and the sea salt fudge crème brulée with sea buckthorn granita. Take a seat on the sunny terrace for lunch and try one of the floral cocktails after admiring the floral installation by florist Mary Jane Vaughan

Artisan Du Chocolat chocolate pearls

The chocolatier is taking pearls as its main inspiration for this year’s theme and will be offering a discount of 25 per cent on its entire collection of indulgent chocolate pearls.

Polpo's floral octopus

Polpo Chelsea will be embracing the Under The Sea theme of this year’s Chelsea in Bloom show with a floral installation of its signature octopus, made with thousands of brightly coloured succulents and sea urchin shells by award-winning florist Hayford & Rhodes. On the menu, expect an array of dishes inspired by the Chelsea Flower Show.
