Things are about to get wild on Sloane Street as Chelsea In Bloom returns for its 12th year, bringing the legendary RHS Chelsea Flower Show out into the streets of Chelsea and transforming the neighbourhood into a celebration of floral art with this year’s theme, ‘Floral Safari’.
Taking their inspiration from the vast savannahs, incredible wildlife and verdant jungles of Africa, a record 51 retailers on and around Sloane Street will be competing for the prize this year by transforming their storefronts into a cacophony of floral installations, which will be judged by a panel from the Royal Horticultural Society based on their creative interpretation of the theme, as well as their style, flair, relevance to brand and use of fresh flowers.
