Where to Celebrate Veganuary 2019

If you’re craving some greens as January opens up after the Christmas turkey, ham and pigs-in-blankets, then celebrate Veganuary with a host of healthy, plant-based dishes available at the restaurants on and around Sloane Street.

Veganuary, the campaign that encourages diners to go totally vegan for January – had its biggest ever year in 2018, and the following months saw veganism become one of the biggest food trends in the London. This year, record numbers of people have signed up for the challenge, with 14,000 signing up on Sunday 30 December alone.

Concern for animal welfare is the driving force for many behind going vegan, but adopting a plant-based diet also has many benefits for the planet and your health, too.

In celebration of this year’s Veganuary, restaurants in the neighbourhood are offering delicious plant-based fare to inspire those just dipping their toes into veganism and to treat the committed plant-eaters. From fine dining experiences to laid-back salads, these are the vegan meals you should be tucking into this Veganuary.
