From Wednesday, September 30, to Saturday, October 10, celebrate the creativity of artisans, craftspeople and master makers during London Craft Week 2020.

Talent from over 250 established and emerging makers, designers, brands and galleries from around the world are set to be showcased, with plenty of fun and fascinating activities happening across Chelsea.

Whether it’s an intimate guided walk-through of the Belmond Cadogan Hotel’s collection of original artworks, a fabric-printing workshop or a close look at luxury leatherwork, here’s our pick of the best events on around Sloane Street.

Art Tour at Belmond Cadogan Hotel

Visit the Belmond Cadogan Hotel for a dedicated tour to view many of the original pieces of art in the hotel’s collection of over 430 artworks. The collection was inspired by botanicals, a visual link to the neighbouring Cadogan Place Gardens, and was created by 34 artists, of whom 29 are British.

You will discover not only the artwork but the craftsmanship and original details found throughout the historical hotel, which reopened in early 2019 following a £39-million renovation and restoration.

Make a reservation for lunch at Adam Handling Chelsea for lunch following the tour to really enjoy the hotel’s stately atmosphere. Email reservations@adamhandlingchelsea or call 020 7048 7141to book a table.
